Starting up, Thoughts

I’m not looking for a co-founder anymore

The search started early this year with me pitching at any event who would let me, a post on this blog and a blast on cofoundify.

I’ve come across about 4 interested developers but none of them feels right.

And then when I look at how this ineffective this search is and how I’ve gotten a tiny traction alone……

Screw that co-founder search.

It’s like realizing that I don’t need a co-founder to be a whole.

This doesn’t mean that I don’t need a team, it just means that I can stop feeling incomplete/crippled/incompetent simply because I don’t have a tech co-founder and I can’t code!

In retrospection, I think I might have use ‘looking for a tech co-founder’ as an excuse for not doing anything, for being afraid, for feeling insecure.
